Questions
How do I know a payment is real?
Orla only sends a ticket after the payment provider confirms the money arrived.
Do my guests need the app?
Not to buy. They pay from your link or poster QR, and the ticket opens in the app.
What if there’s no signal at the door?
Your staff’s phones check tickets offline and sync when signal comes back.
How do I stop guests from using a pass twice?
Each pass works once. After it’s scanned, it shows as used, so it won’t let anyone in again. The code on the pass also changes every minute, so a screenshot won’t work.
Does everyone in a group need their own pass?
Yes. Whoever books can send each friend their own pass, so nobody has to arrive together.
